National leadership training program for 110 selected youth from 742 applicants nationwide, conducted by the National Resilience Institute. Prepares youth for 2025-2030 demographic bonus and Indonesia Golden 2045 vision. Relevance to points: Supports point 1 through long-term development preparation. Supports point 5 via leadership character development. Supports point 6 by cultivating future regional leaders.
