Legal Instrument. This regulation establishes the national health insurance system through BPJS Kesehatan, aimed at ensuring accessible and quality health services for all Indonesians. It has been in effect since September 18, 2018, and is still valid. Related to Points 4 and 5. This regulation supports the expansion of health insurance coverage, including for vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, the elderly, and children, and encourages international cooperation and experience sharing.
