The PhilHealth Konsulta program officially started in 2020. It was initiated under PhilHealth Circular No. 2020-0002 to expand primary care benefits to all Filipinos.


The program has since been upgraded and expanded to offer comprehensive primary care services like consultations, health risk screenings, laboratory tests, and medicines. To take advantage of this package, you must first register with an accredited Konsulta facility.
