Legal Instrument. This decree defines the functions and organizational structure within the Ministry of Youth and Sports, which include the development of youth services, sports culture, athletic performance, and sports industry. It aligns with various strategic roles like monitoring youth programs, promoting youth engagement in SDGs, and creating an ecosystem for youth-led organizations and sports industries.  

This decree supports the structural integration and monitoring of youth programs aligned with SDG goals (Point 7) and enhances international cooperation and the promotion of youth activities globally (Point 8).
