The Medicines Policy of Cambodia is a strategic framework regulated and enforced by the Cambodian Ministry of Health (MOH). Its core objective is to ensure that the population has universal access to safe, effective, affordable, and high-quality pharmaceuticals. The foundational legal backbone of this policy is the Law on the Management of Pharmaceuticals, originally enacted in 1996.
