This law is the legal bedrock for organized public-private dialogue in Cambodia. It institutionalizes the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (CCC) as a public institution representing the interests of commerce, industry, agriculture, and services. By legally mandate, it allows businesses of all sizes—including MSMEs—to unify their voices, form business associations, and systematically engage with policymakers to address trade challenges and economic policies.
