Lao PDR has strengthened its efforts to support youth in the digital and green transition through the Law on Cybersecurity (2025), the General Education Law (2025), and the Lao Youth and Adolescent Development Strategy 2021-2030. Along with, these legal and policy frameworks promote digital literacy, education, innovation, and youth development while creating an enabling environment for youth to participate in the digital economy and contribute to sustainable development.
