This Law, among others, regulates stay permits and the administrative supervision of foreign nationals, and serves as the basis for coordinating the return of foreign nationals within the immigration legal framework. This Law authorizes immigration officials to supervise and place foreign nationals, including refugees awaiting resettlement to a third country by UNHCR.
