Cambodia's Inclusive Education Action Plan (IEAP) 2024-2028 is a comprehensive five-year roadmap designed to guarantee that all children, particularly persons with disabilities and special learning needs, have equitable access to high-quality education. Launched by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) in collaboration with UNICEF Cambodia, the plan seeks to maximize every student's full potential so they can meaningfully contribute to national societal development.
