The G-PSF is Cambodia’s premier national initiative for Public-Private Dialogue (PPD). Chaired by the Prime Minister, it functions essentially as an expanded cabinet meeting, meaning decisions made during the plenary are legally binding. It operates through 16 Sectoral Working Groups (covering areas like manufacturing, SMEs, taxation, and agriculture) co-chaired by government ministers and private sector representatives. The G-PSF perfectly embodies the AIPA resolution by providing a permanent, structured platform for businesses, policymakers, and stakeholders to resolve operational hurdles and co-create economic solutions.
