The Cambodian Sustainable Development Goals (CSDGs) Framework 2016–2030 aligns Cambodia's development priorities with the United Nations' global SDGs, including an additional goal on landmine clearance. Approved in 2018, the framework includes 18 goals, 88 targets, and 148 indicators, with a focus on inclusivity and sustainability. It integrates the CSDGs into national development strategies like the Rectangular Strategy and National Strategic Development Plan (NSDP) 2019–2023, aiming for Cambodia to achieve upper-middle-income status by 2030 and high-income status by 2050. The framework emphasizes clear objectives, such as defining national targets, assigning responsibility, and using data-driven approaches for implementation and monitoring, ensuring sustainable development remains central to the country's growth.
