The Industrial Development Policy aims to transform Cambodia into a competitive and inclusive economy by supporting industrial growth, promoting small and medium enterprises (SMEs), enhancing productivity, and improving workforce skills. Although it is not gender-specific, it supports many women-owned businesses operating in the informal and MSME sectors. This supports the resolution’s goals of empowering women economically, supporting women-owned businesses, and addressing structural barriers in economic recovery planning.
